David Silva

David has been passionate about fitness since his early teens. But unlike his peers who used fitness just for looks, he was fascinated with how fitness can transform a person’s outlook on life.

Through various books, podcasts, certification courses, and mentors, David mastered the art of using fitness to improve every aspect of anyone’s life. He helps all types of people increase their energy, build better relationships, improve self-confidence, and overall build a better foundation for their life.

Simply put, we help people lose weight AND keep it off.
